“The place is nice but obviously could use a little maintenance. The doors stick badly to get them open, it looks like there's an elevator but it's not working which would have been very helpful being on the 2nd floor, and breakfast is a cold continental type. The bed is fairly comfortable and the room is nice. Bathroom small with very little counter space. To its credit, it is close to the lake, activities, shops, and main strip. The walk on the pier to the lighthouse to see a sunset is really……

“The room didn't look at all like what was advertised. We purchased a King room, and were put in a King ADA room, which had not been remodeled. The wheel in tile shower had molded grout, there were cracked floor tile and uneven floors in the bathroom. One bathroom light didn't work at all. The room door didn't lock. We had to shoulder push in the door and lift it to get it to lock. No one on site to look at it or fix it....Just the front desk agent. She took our number and said she would……

“Absolutely beautiful view. Room was very clean, along with the entire property. It was self check in n out so that was super simple. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast portion as we had other plans. Only recommendation is to have ice on hand, they just have a limited amount on hand. Highly recommend staying with them. We definitely will if we're on the area again”

“Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The staff was fantastic and super responsive. When our smoke detector started beeping—disturbing our sleep—the staff immediately stepped in to change the batteries and contact maintenance. Even though maintenance couldn't come right away, the staff successfully stopped the beeping so we could rest comfortably for the remainder of our stay. ​We also loved the pool—it was huge and had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! ​The only minor issue was that the shower……
