LAKE-VIEW MAIN LEVEL

Walk through the front door and Lake Michigan immediately appears through the floor-to-ceiling picture window.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is arranged for group meals and easy entertaining. A large island seats four, the main dining table seats eight, and the open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the living room and lake-view deck.

The main-level living room sits beside the kitchen and dining area, with large windows and patio doors opening directly to the elevated deck. It is an inviting place to gather without losing sight of the water.

SUNKEN FAMILY MEDIA LEVEL

Two nearby bedrooms each include one queen bed. One of the bedrooms also has a TV, creating a convenient sleeping area for couples, parents or guests who prefer to stay close to the lounge.

UPPER FAMILY BEDROOM

The upper bedroom is especially well suited to siblings, cousins or one family unit. It includes:

For a quieter pace, the separate Gathering Room offers seating for 10, a TV and wet bar with a beverage refrigerator. It is an inviting place for puzzles, cards, reading or conversation while another part of the group swims or plays.

OUTDOOR LIVING ON LAKE MICHIGAN

The elevated composite deck runs along the lake side of the home, with cable railing, outdoor dining for eight and additional lounge seating. Start the morning with coffee above the shoreline, gather for a slow family breakfast or share dinner overlooking the water.

On the covered lower patio, the hot tub sits beside a separate conversation area.

Closer to the lake, Adirondack seating surrounds the fire pit with direct Lake Michigan views. A lawn and hammock offer quieter places to read or rest, and stairs lead down to the sandy shoreline.
