It is an older hotel but still has a lot of charm left in it. It’s very clean and you can’t beat the view right next to Lake Michigan. Having a restaurant and bar helps also. The beds were a little soft for my liking but not unbearable. It’s a very quiet hotel which was a nice change of pace, with the lastest trend being youth sports teams over running a hotel and their parents care. I would definitely stay there again.

Our first floor room smelled a bit musty and when I commented to the front desk staff and asked to be moved to a second floor lake view room they cheerfully accommodated my request ! Breakfast options were terrific and the view of the lake from the dining room was stunning ! Hot tub and pool were fabulous and the restrooms included a shower which was a wonderful surprise 😊 The lovely murals on the walls in the pool area added great ambiance

I really enjoyed the old supper club feel, proximity to the water, and the wonderful menu in the dining room! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; I could tell this was more than a business to them which is unique these days.

Excellent Value. Excellent view of lake Michigan. Restaurant is much better than many much more expensive supper clubs we have been to. They even include a Free breakfast in the restaurant. Clean rooms, Friendly Staff & fantastic Indoor Pool & Hot Tub.

Breakfast is good and staying at the hotel you get a coupon worth $7.50 off the breakfast choices, or a small breakfast covered completely. Staff is friendly but sometimes overworked when its crowded. Enjoy the lake view with your coffee!
