「Amazing service and so kind. Our rooms were exceptionally clean and loved the hot beverage options in the lobby. On previous visits I’ve even had Teams meetings in the seating area at the front. Welcoming staff. After a 17 hour drive it was a smooth check-in and a comfortable sleep.」

「The outside of the building doesn't give you a good impression at all. The rooms have been renovated but some of the room was lacking in cleanliness. For example the mirror in the bedroom was grossly streaked (like someone used a very dirty scummy rag to wash and didn't bother to wipe) I had to use the shampoo provided to wash the jacuzzi because it was so slimy. I didn't dare fill the tub up to the jets and the floor in the bathroom was very sticky. The breakfast was smaller then other...
