“We checked in around 5:00 PM after a long day of traveling and were told our room wasn't ready yet, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to unpacking and relaxing. Once we got into the room, there was a noticeable odor. For a pet-friendly room, the carpet didn't seem like the best choice. The walls were dirty, the shower tiles didn't look clean, and the bathroom exhaust fan had a lot of dust buildup. One of the lamps was broken, and staff had to come to our room to confirm we……

There are reasonable parking options, tidy rooms, hot breakfast is available and the staff are all very helpful. I have stayed at this property several times over the last several years and will continue to do so as long as they keep up their standards.”

“The room was clean but the floors did seem a bit crummy. We had some issue with breaker popping but staff were on it in a jiffy. The bathroom door stuck a bit so you had to hipchecknto get out of there. There was no noise issues. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had breakfast vouchers for the adjoining restaurant and food was great and served fresh and hot to our table. I would stay again!”
