「If not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this. 」

「Staff provided poor services, the room was very dirty and soundproof badly, you can hear what the next rooms happened. The scariest part is the breakfast provided, there were flies in the teapot & the noodles...」

「The view of the valley and train is stunning. However, there are construction sites around. And the day we stay, there was a wedding party at the garden, which is really noisy. 」

「It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive.」

「我們有三個人，飯店有3人的房間，讓我們在住宿的預算上可以控制得當，否則必須選擇4人房。旅館不是新建物，但是電梯、衛浴設備都沒有任何問題，而且房間也乾淨。員工的接待也讓我們很舒服，推薦大家旅遊的時候選擇這家飯店」

「真的是比較小的房型，但因為是去機場的前一天住宿，所以我認為ok，要到機場的86 bus很近，也是一開始挑這間飯店的原因。路口有一小節的樓梯，行員都非常機靈和主動幫忙（建議大家別忘了給他們小費）。以這個價格來說，非常划算！nice deal!!! CP value is high, great location for the BUS 86 to the HAN airport.」
