"We had a great stay at Hakuba Sun Valley. Our room was perfect - a mix of western bed with Japanese futons at the loft which the kids loved so much. The location is great - less than 5 min walking distance to the Iimori ski resort where we had our lessons. The staffs were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the chat with them during breakfast and dinner, and they did their best to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The food was wonderful and really happy to be welcomed with dinner in an a cozy dining room after a long day of ski. They offered shuttle from/to the ski resort, but they even went all the way in offering us a lift when we needed to do a bit of errands, and we ended up having great conversation on the way from which we learned more about Hakuba, too! "A classic APA hotel room - compact, clean, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The standout feature was the sauna and hot pools, which made the stay especially relaxing! The front desk provides tattoo covers which was very helpful. "

"Less expensive and budget friendly. Amenities available like Onsen and table tennis. Laudry is also available. Distance is the disadvantage. It's a little far from the city center although still walking distance. "

"This place is perfect. The property is great. Location is unreal. We walked to ski, to dine and to Lawson. The shuttles are super convenient and chill. The breakfast is great. Drying room is tip top. And the Onsen!!!! Wow. I plan on coming back anytime I’m in Hakuba. Thank you Keyaki No Ki."
