“Property is beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious! the infinity pool looks different on pictures definitely not an infinity pool. The view was breathtaking, worth the drive up the steep mountain, I highly recommend to check in early so you know where you’re going as the drive way is all rugged and ruff. I wasn’t advised that we needed a 4X4 or taller vehicle in order to go up, with out scraping the rocks or boulders. So I had to ask them to help me find a……

“The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!”

“The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests. The place is beautiful, and the views are amazing. I especially loved the beautiful view of the volcano. However, there is a serious safety concern……

“Pros: - Well maintained grounds - Clean property - Polite, helpful staff - nice pool - very comfortable bedding - enjoyed watching the rabbits hop and play - blackout curtains on windows Cons: - Ordered pancakes for breakfast, got floppy waffles - Toilet would not always flush (told it was a lack of water in the tank, but the sprinklers were on in the grass) - bath towels were old and rough - rooms need to be aired out, bathroom smelled like stale water - tap spout in bathroom was loose and……

“I was quite disappointed with this accommodation. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. Instead as the sun went down, we were greeted by a guy with a flashlight which seemed to be telling us he was the night guard and told us to yell his name if we heard anything. He was very friendly and I could tell he had a great heart, but because there were no……
