“There are other choices in Coimbatore. ”

“The facilities in this hotel need to be improved. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy, and the showerhead could not function. Moreover, the wifi was not stable. However, the services of this hotel impress me. Firstly, I got a newspaper in the morning from the hotel without charge. Then, when I waited for my taxi in the afternoon after checkout, the staff turned on the fan(then the air-conditioner) for me to cool down. It had been continued for 3 hrs. It's very considerate! The hotel provides……

“The rooms were not clean, breakfast was subpar. Had a terrible”

“We stayed for two days because of the property’s proximity to Malampuzha Gardens, but the experience was disappointing compared with our previous stay at Sterling Athirappilly. The staff were less welcoming, the food was mediocre, and both the breakfast buffet and restaurant menu offered limited choices, with no visible egg options and unavailable tandoori items. The outdoor dining area was uncomfortable due to the heat, lack of fans, and mosquitoes. The bathroom was also poorly designed:……

“The cleaning staff were good. The rooms are spacious, but look very old and run down, needing immediate maintenance. There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. ”

“Staff were very polite No hot water and lot of noise as it is on main road . Could even get into our car ”

“Liked the resort ambience, wooded setting and food.”

“Overall good”
