"Tout était très bien sauf l’insonorisation de la chambre . Un hôte au rdc a écouté de la musique très fort ; impossible de m’endormir lorsque j’ai vu qu’il était presque minuit je suis descendue demander à ce que cela cesse"

"Chambre double. Arrivée à 21h00. Température 10°. 1 seul mini-chauffage d'appoint soufflant pour les 2 chambres. Nous apprenons le lendemain, au petit déjeuner que le chauffage est en panne. Il aurait été plus correct de nous prévenir dès notre arrivée, lors de la remise des clés. L'état général des installations mérite une rénovation."

"One of the few hotels in the area that warrant a 3 star rating. The hotel is modern clean and located in the centre of this very picturesque town. The rooms are spacious clean and have a decent size bathroom. There is a good French restaurant within the hotel which appears to very popular with the locals. The staff were really polite and helpful. Definitely would stay here again (unlike some of the other hotels we had the misfortune to frequent!)"

"We were looking for a one night stay close to the airport with a pool for the kids. When we arrived, the hotel was closed. We eventually managed to find the keys in a box, but it was not communicated very well. Their opening hours are intermittent and not really suitable for travellers arriving early or late. Food was very expensive at €60 per adult and you only had choice of a fish or veal cuisine meal. They don’t cater for a flexible kiddies menu and offered a baked chicken and potatoes which...

"Het geheel was teleurstellend. De kamer met de badkamer was prima. De bediening was stug en niet vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was karig. Bijna gedurende de hele dag was de bar gesloten. Het buiten terras was niet gebruiksklaar. Dat maakt eigenlijk niets uit wsnt er was toch niets te drinken."

"This is an amazing find such lovely family owners took great care of us - the rooms perfect and clean. The home cooked food was amazing and service impeccable. Safe parking and so close to the Puy Mary volcano mountain area. Will stay again!"
