「Price very good with what is offered. Only setback : it's a big noisy at night with the sound made from toads outside. Swimming pool a bit small and full of leaves after heavy rain. 」

「Rent och snyggt rum med bra garderober. Låsbar låda i garderoben istället för safebox.Bra sällskapsutrumme men ingen restaurang. Ligger fint vid kanalen som har massor av lotusblommor.Frukosten var amerikansk som var urusel. Lite lite av allting utan att överdriva.」

「Old hotel, no problems with the room except that the showerhead can't do a spray, just sends bullets down at you. The neighborhood around the hotel has nothing and you need to take transport to get to places of interest. Very difficult town to navigate around in if your are driving. A lot of one-way streets and chaotic driving. Good restaurants are at the other side of the river about 10 minutes away.」

「酒店有24小時櫃臺服務，保安不錯，出入酒店需要用讀卡機啪卡。房間非常大而且整潔，每天也有清潔房間，一塵不染，浴室熱水給力及水壓大，每天有支裝水兩支提供，地下有保溫熱水壺可提供熱水，免費自沖咖啡，亦有微波爐方便加熱食物。酒店附近的餐廳及CAFE食物品質好，價錢便宜。如果從火車站步行往酒店需要15分鐘路程，出火車站直走，過了橋之後左轉再走一段路便可看見。」

「At one time this must have been a great hotel. Now just a shadow of that. Looks like it mostly has weekend or back to school business. Perfect location for the university, rooms are big but need maintenance and hallway lights are dimmed or not used, rooms not clean (Gecko crap on walls in bathroom), overall a bit depressing. Breakfast is cheap and not very good. Items that should be hot are cold, no food warmers used.」

「We booked one night stay here while passing through Phitsanulok to fly back to Bangkok, the name sounds very grand, but the price should be a dead giveaway, there is nothing remotely ‘grand or palace’ like here, it’s acceptable for one night though, we arrived and parked our car and probably didn’t have high expectations, check in was straightforward and fairly quick, which was appreciated after a 5 hour drive from Chiang Mai, a guy then followed us to our car with a luggage trolley, the comedy...
