"Everything was great at Santhiya apart from checkout where we had a bill for a restaurant meal which we didnt have and a bill for a towel which we didnt have. This took far too long to resolve. Apart from this we had a great holiday and would return"

"Hotel is average.. a bit dated. We stay twice in this hotel once at start of our holiday and once coming back. Room are nice but dated.. hotel itself looks nice.. A lot shopping areas around. End of our stay we did find some small cockroaches in our room. Staffs are very friendly.. "
