「The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively.
The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out.
Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport.

「Benz and Ali at the desk were more than helpful. The comforter on our bed had a make up stain from a previous user. The comforter itself had been cleaned. Wish pool area offered bar service.」
「It is 5 minute walk to Patong beach and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Bangla road. One thing is that mosquitos here gave me nasty bites I had to use mosquito spray often」

"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction following my recent stay at this hotel.
Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected the quality of my experience:
1. Unpleasant Odor: There was a foul smell in the room, resembling sewage, which made it very uncomfortable.
2. Water Leak from the Fridge: The refrigerator leaked water, causing further inconvenience.
3. Flooding Due to Rain: After it rained, my room flooded, damaging my luggage and clothing.
4. Stains on Bedding: The sheets and towels were stained with what appeared to be blood and brownish marks, which was highly unsanitary.
5. Defective Wardrobe: The wardrobes were not functioning properly, and unfortunately, I injured my finger while trying to use them.
These issues were extremely disappointing and ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. It was unacceptable for any hotel of this “standing”.
