We were out most of the time and i ensured all my friends to OFF everything before we leave the house. 4 days: 5880 baht. ridiculous. i will not ever stay there agn. The villa is expensive. OK furniture, not very dated, stayable/liveable. Very tranquil, but blocked by trees, therefore no seaview by the pool IN ANY OF THE VILLA. Only upper level is sea view and upper level, trust me, you wouldnt stay there for long cos, wait...

"Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!"
