「Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk. The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. 」

「自助早餐選擇豐富，食物質素好， check in好快辦妥， 房間闊落寬敞, 告知為慶祝週年紀念, 在房間特意裝飾, 還有奉上蛋糕, 真貼心, 海景房開揚, 但房內架子很少，浴室內亦沒有掛扣，有點不便, 不過有機會下次會再入住」

「朋友在酒店跌倒, 酒店職員熱心幫忙. 另一天見到攴廳地下有積水, 找服務員清理郤無人跟進. 」

「地點方便, 外出便是食肆, 酒店泊車方便, 在地面. 」

「Lots of hotel activities for both adults and children. Stayed for 3 nights and still so much yet to enjoy! It’s a resort you can stay without going outside! But Patong Elephant Care is a short 5-min walk away (through the beach route), worth spending an hour or two there!」

「stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the view is very impressive when I walked into the front desk. However, I think the room needs some regular maintenance. Shuttle bus only offer one way with limited services. It would be great if they can offer return. 」
