The property was just outstanding. Staff was polite, patient and very helpful. I specifically want to mention the bartender near restaurant for his help. Pool was absooute amazing. It was clean and fresh with no trace of chlorine. Thanks for the hospitality.

Overall the experience was pretty good although I spent a lot on Grabs and walked 20000 steps a day getting to this place. The room shuttles are good and needed unless you feel like climbing a million stairs to your room. Once in the room it's nice but a little weathered. The front desk is busy and not the most welcoming environment, it's pretty hectic. The breakfast is average, give it a miss. We had a strange encounter with housekeeping. They came in room and said we broke a glass. Took our photo and said $100 baht. More charming places to stay than here.

The surroundings are completely lacking maintenance. The pool has broken areas, and the rooms have old beds with some damaged parts that make them look worn out. The towels had a bad smell, and the sheets were stained. Additionally, the hotel does not accept credit cards and forces you to exchange money using a machine they have on-site. Other than that, the staff service was excellent.

Convenient and good views.

The resort offers a free shuttle bus to Patong Beach, which is a great convenience. There's also a shuttle car that picks you up from your room to the lobby — very helpful and efficient. The balcony view was excellent, and the bed was comfortable with a spacious room layout. The only downside was that the main road (high street) is quite a long walk away, which at times made us feel a bit isolated. It would be fantastic if the shuttle car could also provide access to the main road.

The room was huge and clean, we had access to the pool it was very nice. Staff is amazing and friendly ! This hotel is so huge they have free shuttle service to the rooms because they are up the hills, so it makes it rough to get to your room by walking. Also free shuttle service to the nearest beach which is nice!

Family Vacation

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Enjoyed the beach. Buffet was great. Your Bar Staff Jessica is great. 5 stars for Jessica alone. Free ride to town and around. We were 9 of us in this family vacation. The only thing I would suggest would be to accommodate handicapped people. My sister and sister in-law had walking issues and not proper elevators to up level buildings.

It's a really nice property on the outskirts of Patong. I will be back again. I stayed in the cottage suite and everything was great except for the private pool. The water is always freezing, especially at night, and I'm sure there is something that can be done to warm up the pool.

Cannot begin to express how beautiful this resort is. I stayed in a room that has its own private jaccuzi in the balcony. View was amazing. The spa had heaps of services at affordable prices. They offer free shuttle to patong beach at scheduled hours but if you miss the time, theres motorbikes taxis outside the resort thatll take you to the beach. A max 5 min ride. I'd only stay here the next time i visit phuket

This by far was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Thailand. It is located on a hill overlooking the city, Patong and the Sea. The views are absolutely beautiful. They have a beautiful pool area by the main lobby and all the buildings have multiple pools so you don't have to go to main pool by the lobby. They have a shuttle to take you to your room from the lobby. The rooms are sooo spacious 1 bedroom suite, kitchen dinning room and balcony. Minnie bar and free water and coffee is provided each day. The rooms are soo clean and well kept. They made my stay so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back and we pray we get the same service it was lovely

Great location for Patong

Lovely place to stay, just on the outskirts from the hustle and bustle of Patong but still with a bit of peace and quiet there. Shuttle buses run 24 hours to take you from the rooms to the Lobby as there are a few hills. Overall good place to stay with a special shout out to Amo. The most pleasant individual who came over every day asking if there’s anything he could do to make my stay better.

Good service around the hotel. Especially shuttle bus upto our building. Also nice to have a shuttle bus to beach or shopping centre. Timings could be better. Shame the hotel shuttle didn’t go up and down the steep hill just outside the hotel. Breakfast was always exactly the same. If you went late on choice was very limited as they didn’t replenish some items eg fruit and pastries
