「Good 」

Calme」

「Handy good value place. Nice helpful staff 🙂」

「Overall is very good. Hotel situated in a busy Street, but still enjoy the quiet environment inside hotel. Services staff are kindly and politeness, breakfast is good. If you want ti try another foods, so many food stalls around the hotel. Especially seafood stalls, ut just beside patong walking Street, only few minutes go there.」

「I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel 👍 First of all, the lady at the front desk during check-in was very friendly and polite. Although her English was not perfectly fluent, she communicated clearly and made sure I understood everything. She also had a lovely smile, which made the experience even better. The hotel’s swimming pool is quite large, though the water could be a bit cleaner. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach a large shopping mall 👍, and only around 5 minutes to get to...

「the hotel is located in the center of patong so that you can easily to access to the shopping mall, pubs, restaurants. The room is spacious and the breakfast is ok. the cons is the hotel is so close to the pub and the woofer sound can’t let you sleep well until mid night」

「I want to say thank you to the lady(sorry forgot to ask her name) in concierge , she is very considerate and thoughtful. Although hotel forgot to arrange the birthday surprise to my husband, she rearranged again and impressed us. And always give us suggestions for our trip! Besides, the location of the hotel is good, foods and massage are nearby. Housekeeping every day, very good!!!」

「Room was good for the price. Kind of smelled like smoke even though it’s not allowed. I was able to check in early for no charge.」

「Shower room did not had soap/shampoo holder. It is inconvenience to keep soap, shampoo on the floor while taking shower. Gym area was not clean may be due to construction」

「my stay had taken 2 rooms and in 2/F, both were spacious and clean. location is very good. water from the taps were a bit brown. you can hear sound from corridor quite clearly especially at midnight. And can hear people praying in the very early morning, like 5am.」
