"The room location and the two pools were great. We had a swim-up room. The rooms could definitely use some updating. The bed was very hard / firm. We requested extra pillows and the accommodated us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is located from one side of the island to the other side. I would definitely stay here again because of the pools and the location. The loud music at night from the other end of the beach was not bad at all. "

"The Tiger Complex is centrally located next to Jungceylon Shopping Centre, Bangla Boxing Stadium, Banzaar Market and a very short walk to the Beach and the craziness which is Bangla Road. Rooms were supersized, with great air conditioning, and very comfy king bed. Great price, great location"

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures the rooms are clean the staff are on top of cleaning the rooms each day. The location is very convenient you have the beach just minutes away and lots of shopping options. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. "
