"酒店位置很好，行去jungcelyon和酒吧街只五分鐘，附近很多按摩店和餐廳。 check in時職員誠懇有禮，酒店有兩個泳池，頂樓有小型gym room，早餐沒有訂，不知道如何。"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel 👍 First of all, the lady at the front desk during check-in was very friendly and polite. Although her English was not perfectly fluent, she communicated clearly and made sure I understood everything. She also had a lovely smile, which made the experience even better. The hotel’s swimming pool is quite large, though the water could be a bit cleaner. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach a large shopping mall 👍, and only around 5 minutes to get to the beach 👍, which is very convenient. Overall, the price of the hotel is reasonable and offers good value for money 👍"

"Title: Great family-friendly hotel with an amazing kids club! Rating: 4/5 We had a wonderful stay at the Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach Hotel. The hotel is great — very, very family-friendly, and the staff are super nice. We especially loved the kids club, which provides supervised activities for children aged 4 to 12. It gave us parents a few hours of free time to enjoy the spa and relax on our own. The food was good overall. We booked a half-board package that included one meal and four drinks per day, which was convenient. The only downside was the buffet at The Market — the food seemed quite stale, and there were flies flying around. Apart from the buffet, the other restaurant outlets served pretty good food. Despite that, we really liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay. Would still recommend it for families!"

"入住的是頂級按摩池海景房間，除景觀不錯外，房間內設施實在簡陋，餐具不足外，按摩池也只有冷水。酒店提供24hrs 行李搬運車接送客人，等候時間尚算快捷，司機態度亦友善。但是前台及其他工作人員整體服務態度一般。"

"因酒店主打環保，房間未能長期開冷氣，而通風欠佳，環境長期陰濕。 因住的座數較遠，酒店雖然有高爾夫球車接載，但流動性低，好幾次需要步行到大堂。"
