Enthusiastic staff

This is cute hotel with a bear theme. The staff of this hotel/hostel were wonderful and always has a smile when greeting guests. It was always a delight to pass the reception desk especially in the morning as they ensured I had enough water or if I needed to have my (private) room cleaned. The welcome drink was nice surprise.

Burası hotel olmaktan daha çok hostel olarak kullanılıyor. İlgi alaka iyi. Deluxe odaları tercih ederim. Sahile çok yakın. Odalarda sadece fazlaca rutubet kokusu var. Benim gibi biraz hassas olan varsa ona göre tercih etsin derim.

O hostel é excelente, está bem localizado, fácil a acesso e seguro. Você só entra nele deixando os sapatos na porta, mas não é um problema porque é extremamente limpo. Todos os ambientes. Na cobertura tem uma boa piscina um bar animado e um área para tv e mesa. Única coisa q poderia melhorar seria a qualidade do Wi-Fi (dificulta para trabalhar) e ter um local mais isolado para trabalho. A noite fica impossível devido ao barulho do bar.

I stayed at the separate apartments being offered and not at a dorm. These apartments are located at the front side of the building, hence face the street and thus are quite noisy. What is really worthwhile mentioning is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at reception, they were outstanding! However, my room had a very bad intense smell, I suspect it to be from mould, hence I would not recommend staying in this room, as there are better options in town. The location nonetheless is very good, close to the beach and very close to Bangla Street.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Super great location with beach only minutes away. Restaurants, bars and convenient stores are close as well! However the male toilet/shower room on third floor was dirty. Smelly, used clothes and underwears could be seen anywhere. Seemed the cleaning staff did not care at all and such such situations lasted for days. I told the front staff on my third day and then it was became clean again right away, problems solved :)

ビーチロード沿いにあって、バングラまですぐです。 ビーチまでも徒歩2分くらいです。レストラン、ファストフードショップ、コンビニ、マッサージなど何でも徒歩3分圏内で、ロケーションは最高です。 部屋の空調は大丈夫ですが、湿気がひどく、フロアがベタベタです。夜到着や朝出発の人がいるので、シャワー、ドライヤー、携帯、おしゃべりで、朝２時と4時に起こされます。ドアの開閉の音が廊下に響き渡りうるさいです。 私は夜寝るだけなので、と割り切るとなんのもんだいもありませんでした。 スタッフはとても親切です。 館内は土足厳禁の珍しいホステルです。

Mostly everything was ok. The food in the canteen upstairs and the hang out area was nice, although I never so anyone behind the outside bar. Pool is pretty small too. The single bed room is tiny, very very small and no sound proofing at all. I booked a single room instead of a dorm bed as I struggle to sleep and wanted some privacy. This didn’t happen. I could here people walking past my room, doors slamming and every noise in the hotel. Besides that there was mould behind the bed and the floor behind the bed not clean at all. When I raised this issue with the staff, they said they’ll speak to the manager but nothing happened. Also there was no water for 2 out of my 4 nights. Apparently this was an issue with the whole street and the staff said that they did everything they could to get someone to deliver some water. All in all it was ok, but looks like there’s better options around the area for the same price I paid here!
