「the hotel is located in the center of patong so that you can easily to access to the shopping mall, pubs, restaurants. The room is spacious and the breakfast is ok. the cons is the hotel is so close to the pub and the woofer sound can’t let you sleep well until mid night」

「Overall is very good. Hotel situated in a busy Street, but still enjoy the quiet environment inside hotel. Services staff are kindly and politeness, breakfast is good. If you want ti try another foods, so many food stalls around the hotel. Especially seafood stalls, ut just beside patong walking Street, only few minutes go there.」

「my stay had taken 2 rooms and in 2/F, both were spacious and clean. location is very good. water from the taps were a bit brown. you can hear sound from corridor quite clearly especially at midnight. And can hear people praying in the very early morning, like 5am.」

「I want to say thank you to the lady(sorry forgot to ask her name) in concierge , she is very considerate and thoughtful. Although hotel forgot to arrange the birthday surprise to my husband, she rearranged again and impressed us. And always give us suggestions for our trip! Besides, the location of the hotel is good, foods and massage are nearby. Housekeeping every day, very good!!!」

「Room was good for the price. Kind of smelled like smoke even though it’s not allowed. I was able to check in early for no charge.」

「Overall happy with the location and our stay was pleasant. However, we booked the double room with king bed, but got 2 single beds pushed together to create the king. Notified staff about this inconvenience, however the staff we spoke with wasn’t helpful, and instead of getting this rectified our room was just cleaned. I wouldn’t mind staying here again just hoping that, in future if I book a specific room I expect it to be reflected as is.」
