「We stayed at room No.3 and had a really good time in the villa. The room is located near the parking area and the gym so everything is really close.The view was amazing and the pool is really clean. The staff are really helpful, and quick response to our questions through the villa app. Will definitely come back again!」

「Villa和相片無差別，很新、時尚，設施齊備，很滿意！只是覺得枕頭不太舒服！」

「地點要自駕才方便。Villa乾淨，有得叫食物，但種類不夠多，有叫按摩師到Villa按摩，手勢好，管家whatsapp聯繫，基本上即時回覆。最好的是可以加錢提早checkin和delay check out。真係方便了很多。因為很夜飛機離開，所以能夠付費延遲離開實在太好了。house keeper亦有每天來清潔，refill water ，清碗。實在服務太好了。下次有機會會再入住」

「Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Here’s the issue, they don’t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water...

「The staff at Kamala are lovely and helpful. The views from balcony amazing and big aircon villa for low price. The sheets needed changing though which they were happy to do and there was no hand soap but they provided everything else wonderfully. I would stay again. There was no food provided and none close by but they were happy to give me a lift any where and airport pick up. renovations could be heard but still Good value for price.」

「Property is 9.8/10 (docked .2 points due to cleanliness of the hot tub (or is it a pool?) we couldn't use it as it was dirty. Otherwise the place is amazing. Super clean, modern, and luxurious. Communication with host was terrible. I didn't get check in instructions until 11am same day. Host was unresponsive until day of check in. It was giving me anxiety (how can I tell the 10 other people flying in I wasn't sure the place was confirmed?) Other than that, the stay itself was extremely pleasant....

「my father does not speak English before check-in time, he walks into the resort's swimming pool alone to take look, and one of the staffs talked to him, probably asking if he is a guest. So he knew that he did not check in yet, so he moved back to the lobby to take some rest, waiting for me. Ridiculously, another staff came over and talked to him something, and of course, he did not understand, then the staff pointed him to get out. I have been to so many resorts, never have this horrible...

Great place to stay in Phuket

"We stayed at the pool suite for EDC. The room was surprisingly pretty and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and patient (I only found out there was an app to order room service on my last day and kept calling down the concierge). But please be aware that there’s no sunlight by the pool in the lower floor pool suite. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay. "
