“Clean 100% excellent”

“We stayed at the pool suite for EDC. The room was surprisingly pretty and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and patient (I only found out there was an app to order room service on my last day and kept calling down the concierge). But please be aware that there’s no sunlight by the pool in the lower floor pool suite. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay. ”

“We have the beach front cottage which was very nice, located in the centre of all facilities easy to access. Pool is large. I booked half board however they don’t provide free drinks with food not even water which was disappointing”

“整體而言是一個很好的住宿，因為生日的關係有一些小驚喜蠻開心的，早餐也相當不錯，但小小的遺憾就是泳池正在維修，及專屬App溝通回覆挺慢的有幾次長達半小時都還沒有回覆，癡癡等著交通車到底會不會來”

“ I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. The room felt old and poorly maintained, which did not justify the high price of 6,000 HKD per night. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the mornings that made it difficult to sleep and rest properly. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, given the condition of the room and the disturbance, I don’t feel the stay was worth the cost ”

“+ Super Hotel, Frühstücksbuffet und Rooftopbar mega, Große Zimmer für Familien echt sehr gut, Strandnähe, Super Gym - keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne Auto/Roller in der Nähe Speisen und Getränke dürfen nicht aus dem Restaurant an den Pool genommen werden ( Morgen Kaffe) Bauarbeiten während der Mittagszeit”

“Hotel was nice but the location is not ideal. Close enough to town but having to cross a large road to get to the beach was not great especially with children. ”

“Wonderful experience! Stay 2 nights and feel not enough. Passionate hotel staffs, nice facilities and restaurants. Easily reach to the beach and enjoy the sunset. Nearby a turtle village shopping mall can fulfill meals and shopping.”

“I apologize. I was there 7 days. My Sheets were changed once. I wasted a litte coffee on the Comforter and it remained there my Whole stay. Towels were not replaced. Coffee not replaced floors not mopped. They apparently thought their job was simply making my Bed. Really disappointed”

“Loved the kids pool and the kids club. The kids had fun playing there all day. The hotel is right at the beach which was very convenient. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. I felt I received a 5 star service at the hotel. Sadly, the restaurant did not taste good. We ordered a simple pad thai dish and thai milk tea - simple dishes that should be easy for any thai restaurant. But the pad thai tasted very bad and the thai milk tea was not good at all. Also the restaurant needs……
