“酒店地点偏普吉岛北面，近机场，离各大海滩及经典较远，早餐可以，但有点贵，房间不包含早餐九百多，含早餐一千三百多，适合一早去机场的酒店，可住两天”

“Everything was so good, but don’t the reason about we had locked out of our room, we even called the front desk many times, the staff still reaction very slow. we wait out of our room door around 30 min without any compensation”

“Everything is marvelous except that the room card stops working twice. Great hospitality and service.”

“We stayed at the pool suite for EDC. The room was surprisingly pretty and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and patient (I only found out there was an app to order room service on my last day and kept calling down the concierge). But please be aware that there’s no sunlight by the pool in the lower floor pool suite. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay. ”

“一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。”

“Our luggages were put under the sun directly for few hours while pending for checkin. It damaged my luggage’s handles causing by high temperature. The handles were melted. It is suggested cover to be placed over luggage to avoid unexpected damaged.”

“Laila and Joy not only kept the room clean but outside of the room as well tremendous rain storm and leaves. They were constantly working outstanding employees.”
