Just a one night stay after arriving at the airport- I was met my staff at the arrival area (they were very patient as immigration took 90 minutes due to large volume and very few agents) I was taken to the hotel about five minutes away and quickly checked in. The staff were at all times pleasant and efficient.

Staff helpful at check-in. We mistakenly reserved for the wrong day, but they accommodated us without any hassle when we arrived (one day earlier that we incorrectly reserved). Hotel clean, rooms quiet, and they provided beach towels upon request. My wife requires her small medicine ice pack to be re-frozen overnight. The staff claimed they did not have a freezer on the premises, but this did not seem credible to us and made no effort to assist. We stay at hotels 30+ nights / year and have never had this issue arise before. Fortunately, Bangkok Airways was able to assist.

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back was efficient and all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the driver Sarn and receptionist Jo, who not only arranged the inhaler workshop at the Coral Cove Spa but also prepared a plate of fruit especially for my wife's birthday. However, some of the features on the website which encouraged my wife and I to book our stay for her birthday were no longer available, such as live music at the Papa Coco Club and serving breakfast on a floating tray in the swimming pool. There were also no special arrangements offered for my wife's birthday other than the plate of fruit prepared by Jo the day after. Otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable and peaceful.

Room was very clean. Sheets were CHANGED every day not just folded back into place. AC works perfect. Wifi no issues 50mb/s. Very impressed with the quality of the hotel, only negative would be thin walls but it’s not a big deal. Outside of the hotel - the beach is about a 25 minute walk away, other than that there isn’t much to do in that area, i’d say that’s the only negative. Overall the hotel is very good quality, very clean.
