“I honestly wish we had stayed a few extra nights… our bungalow was perfect for our family, the hosts were so kind and helpful with rides, and the breakfast was delicious. Beds are comfortable and the pool refreshing. It’s the perfect place to stay near the airport. The icing on the cake was the French bulldog puppy, Ippo, because we really missed our Frenchie back home. There’s also a cute chihuahua named Milo to give you love.”

“Property clean and staff friendly. No front desk or reception area. Didn't match the santuary vibes. Property is behind a car wash and deep into residential neighborhood. I wouldn't call this a resort. I left the Property in an hour and booked a different hotel in the area i really wanted to be in. Staff was very understanding and accommodating and was willing to give me another room. ”

“The condition of the property did not meet expectations. I checked in a day late due to flight delays and was unable to receive any compensation for the missed night. Upon arrival, the unit had an unpleasant odor. There were only four full-size towels provided for three adults, and no hand towels or washcloths were available. Although I requested additional towels, none were delivered until the fifth day of our stay, forcing us to purchase our own. The unit was also insufficiently stocked with……

“Only pro is clean and spacious. Cons include lack of communication, never reply on messages, emails and SMS. Broken main door lock, cannot lock villa. House keeping never provide hand wash, and even no clean towels for every bathroom for a 4 bedroom villa on the last night.”
