“I gather my understanding of the description of what this unit actually is was incorrect. This is merely an apartment unit. It’s not a resort or hotel. It does not have any hotel amenities. There’s access to the beach, but there’s no beach beds. There’s no common pool. Or fitness facility. No restaurant on site. For the price we paid I expect a bit more. There free breakfast provided at the restaurant down the street was included, but it wasn’t up to our standards and we decided to eat……

“We chose this hotel because we wanted a quiet and relaxing stay surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, during our stay there was ongoing construction noise, which made it very difficult to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we were expecting. We mentioned the issue but nothing really changed. It was disappointing because the location is beautiful and has great potential, but the constant noise affected our experience. Another thing to note is that the kitchen closes around 17:00, so there……

“The housekeeper was most industrious and thorough. The property is quaint with 2 cats and one dog who reside within the grounds. The swimming pool is deep water at one end and it is most refreshing after a busy day of travel. There is an excellent Indian restaurant just along the road that we visited. It was a short stay but the proprietor was most hospitable and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this establishment for an overnight stay or even as a base to explore Phuket……

“Cozy cottage with excellent view”

“Nothing short of incredible. Amazing, expansive villa with a great pool, comfy bed, huge bathroom (one of two!) and smart TV. Staff were so warm and helpful, really great service. Food and drink were great. Beautiful property. Check-in was smooth and they even let us in an hour and a half early which was a delight since we were only there for two nights. When my husband got sick, they offered medicine. Housekeeping was excellent. Live music at dinner was lovely. The only thing I'll note is that……

The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds.”
