「チェンマイ鉄道駅前のコンドミニアム。 建物入口にモーニングブッフェをやっているレストランが１１７バーツでやっていてよい。 部屋はきれいだが、扉の取っ手が取れたりと経年劣化は否めない。 ５泊したが一切ルームサービスは無いのでごみの処理に困った。（バスタオル類は部屋に洗濯機があるのでそれを使って洗う。ただ水のタンクはシャワーと洗濯を連続ですると使い切ってしまうため要注意。しばらく水が一切出なくなります。） アメニティーは一切ないので自分で要購入。 民泊と考えればいいです。 大きい冷蔵庫と、電子レンジ食器はある。（食器を洗う洗剤はないため今回は紙コップ等を購入した。） オーナーに電話して鍵を受け取るシステムなので現地の携帯電話と英語力は要する。オーナーは英語が堪能でとてもいい感じの人でした。 」

「We had such a good time while visiting Chiang Mai. This is more of a condo then hotel & it was wonderful. The location was a quick ride from the airport. It is located in a quieter part of town but not to far from the action. The room was perfect for our family and well stocked with everything we needed. Haoxin Bai was very helpful & responded quickly to my messages. We would definitely stay her again & would recommend it.」

「My friend and I (both early 20s) stayed here in the middle of Feb 2025. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed. There was a washer and you can hang clothes out on the balcony. The view was incredible from the rooftop pool and it was not too busy. There is a 24-hour 711 across the street that had all the basics. The condo is walking distance from many amazing restaurants and only about 100 BHT (4 USD) to take a Grab (their Uber brand) into Chiang Mai's Old City. 」
