「服務人員很熱情，住宿品質很好，免費接駁車方便，早餐豐盛，泳池乾淨還有水柱，沙發，搖椅，床&枕頭都很舒服。除了硬體設備有一點點小缺點，例如主臥浴室的洗臉盆漏水緩慢，有些碗盤有缺角，早餐的餐蓋有破損，其餘都非常完美，還可以跟櫃台借熨斗。下次再來一定會再入住這裡，附近環境很安靜，像在樹林草叢裡，可以跟旅館租機車外出方便。如果你不想住在奧南觀光客很多的地方，住Alisea pool villas真是非常享受的選擇。」

However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained.
