“We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. They are also spotlessly clean with all amenities. The resort makes you feel like you are in nature with lots of greenery and a pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast was huge and cooked to order. “I don’t think you should ever try to charge people a 10% surcharge for using a credit card. You shouldn’t try to profit off a credit card transaction. I can understand you wanting to recoup your fees, but to try to make an additional 5% from a credit card. Not cool. Everything else was amazing. The staff is incredible. Obviously the staff doesn’t choose what the credit card fees are so this is really something for the owner to figure out.”

苏梅岛热门酒店点评

苏梅岛悦榕庄

苏梅岛悦榕庄

8/10 好
"It was not so good for the first day of our stay where we had to wait for a long time for the coffee. We arrived the restaurant at 10am which was half hour before the end of the breakfast time, but no refills were arranged for some of the food. For the noodles that I ordered, it never serves by the waiter…. It was quite disappointing about the overall arrangement. The catering staff did apologise the next day when we were there at 9 something. I do think the restaurant has to make sure the service and food would not be affected even customers arriving late, say 10 plus."
