All the staff were well trained with a lovely smile and were aware of the client's needs wherever we come across, especially for the female manager on the day when we arrived the resort, she took us to go through every corner of the resort, introduced the facilities and led us to our room. 「We had a wonderful time at Bo Phut Resort. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. There was direct access to the beach from the resort so very convenient for us whether we want to soak up the sun by the pool or on the beach. We can opt to take the kayak and standing paddle board out to the sea, which was a lot of fun. The resort is tucked away from the main road and very quiet and tranquil.
