“平時去幾多旅行 好少經歷到咁不快 亦都第一次寫評價 有需要話俾將會消費者知道 14/4 check in front desk安排員工帶我同男友到房 行左段路 上層housekeeper嗌話未執好 問個員工點解 佢答「唔知」 仲叫我地周圍行10分鐘 大熱天時 拎住個大背包同袋喎⋯ 10分鐘之後返lobby 見到幾個員工傾偈 我問有冇其他房 話其他房要等更耐 唔專業 態度欠佳 基本既front desk,housekeeping既management同溝通都無 Manager出黎say sorry 我男友識泰文 知佢地講咩 從對話中講到我地吹佢地快d咁 入到房 wifi用唔到 有個插電位有問題 電視有雪花 engineerer黎整都係整唔到 房冇牙刷 打去話11:xx pm housekeep部門closed 早餐選擇唔多 味道一般 如果住呢度 一d都唔值 普通酒店都好過呢間好多 14/4 checked in A staff escorted my BF n me to room. We walked awhile, 1housekeeper……

“We had a wonderful time at Bo Phut Resort. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. There was direct access to the beach from the resort so very convenient for us whether we want to soak up the sun by the pool or on the beach. We can opt to take the kayak and standing paddle board out to the sea, which was a lot of fun. The resort is tucked away from the main road and very quiet and tranquil. The resort was around 10 min's walk from the Fisherman……

“This is a property I can describe as good if times travel back to about 15 years ago. I can only say it’s ok for me to stay here for 5 nights. The room had a mold smell, and my door has a big gap after locked if you keep close enough, you can see through.”

“We just came back from Hyatt Regency Samui after a 6 nights trip. Honestly, it was a disappointment. We are a family of 4, with 2 under 5s, and we visit at least to one tropical destinations in asia per year. Hyatt Regency Samui does not worth the room rate, with the same amount of money, I can get much better hospitality in Bali or Malaysia. Communication: It feels saff do not fully understand our instructions, the replies on customer service is slow and usually does not solve our problems.……

“Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. The worst is our luggage wasn't……
