Stay was great, people were great. However, I thought the beach was a beach you can actually go into without many rocks…it was not. If you looking for a modern hotel away from everything, with great staff, and a REALLY good breakfast, this place has it….however, its not a beach resort….

Good resort with good amenities, well maintained and very helpful staff. Kid's club was very good with hourly activities. We rate 4 out of 5 stars since the food was okay-ish but not great (compared to other restaurants on the island which are much better). Overall we would recommend and also would be happy to come back.

I reserved a 1000 sqf Executive suite with view of the ocean. Also, I requested for the highest floor. My first night was in 115 (building 1, first floor, room #5). There was no view of the ocean none whatsoever. As soon as I walked into the room, I call front desk right away to request for room change. The staff told me that there was no room available and I need to wait until the next day to find out what room, building is available. And, I have to check out by noon and wait until 3:00pm to check in again. The hotel should have provide accommodation like let us check out late or have access to regency club while waiting for our room for 3 hours. Note that, we paid for 4 days in a row.
