苏梅岛小查汶海滩附近酒店

“作为新春全家出游的选择，poppies基本达到了我们的期许。入住时，房间靠近马路，晚上噪音不少。但James竭尽所能为我们更换了房间，让我们非常感动。酒店的各项设施都很不错。最让我们惊喜的一是酒店的餐厅服务特别是早餐极其出色，二是酒店员工都乐于助人，服务态度都极为优秀，三是酒店整体环境很好，闹中取静，能在苏梅岛日益嘈杂的环境中找到这样一片小屋实属不易。当然也略有不足，一是随着苏梅岛的发展，24间房的差距可是显现，明显前后排的入住体验还是有很大差距的。二是服务还是以欧美标准为主，对于日益增加的中国游客需求可能还没能适应，全店没有会说中文的员工，年夜饭的套餐也不太适合中国客人的需求，明显不如酒店原有套餐吸引人。三是由于接待量有限，有时提出一些要求也无法一时满足，比如只能2人，不能3人同时做按摩等等。不过相信在James的带领下，poppies会保持现有水准，越来越好。”

“This is my fifth stay, my decision speaks for itself. I received a warm welcome as always. The experience this time is again absolutely flawless in all aspects, including catering, accommodation, housekeeping, facilities, staff etc. What attracted me the most is the seclusion and tranquility of the sandy beach right at the front of the Resort, where you could spend the whole day in a hassle-free style. For food, easy to find outside of the Resort as there are s couple of restaurants on the main……

“第一天搭船到蘇美的時候，我朋友就因為浪太大在船上跌倒，倒致行動不便，在住宿的時間內，服務人員只要看到我朋友進出飯店，都會主動攙扶和幫助；因為在蘇美的三天天氣不是很好，所以我們也取消了第二天要去龜島和南園島的行程，也是請櫃檯人員協助退船票，他們用的是自己的手機打電話，總之，這裡的一切太美好了…會愛上蘇美島我想不是這裡的藍天白雲和沙灘(因為天氣不好，所以什麼都沒看見)，而是飯店人員的敬業和服務態度，下次來還是會選這家飯店。”
