「I don’t think you should ever try to charge people a 10% surcharge for using a credit card. You shouldn’t try to profit off a credit card transaction. I can understand you wanting to recoup your fees, but to try to make an additional 5% from a credit card. Not cool. Everything else was amazing. The staff is incredible. Obviously the staff doesn’t choose what the credit card fees are so this is really something for the owner to figure out.」
