All the staff were well trained with a lovely smile and were aware of the client's needs wherever we come across, especially for the female manager on the day when we arrived the resort, she took us to go through every corner of the resort, introduced the facilities and led us to our room. 「The staff are really helpful and friendly. The air-con is cool enough and the speed of wifi is very satisfactory, which is not always the case in Thailand. However, some facilities are a bit old. Like, I could feel the springs of the mattress. There are a convenience store, restaurant other than the hotel's one, and Thai massage shops a few steps away. It is also very near to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall Central Festival, so it is still a choice worth to consider...
