“I booked this hotel because of the positive comments, yet I was rather disappointed after having stayed for five nights. No change of bed / pillow sheets everyday. Dried blood stains found on the pillow sheets. Catering quality not even as good as the local restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. They even offered us a free shower room after check out so that we can still enjoy the beach. The Thai Massage by Beach is Excellent!! Lamai Beach is less crowed as Chaweng. I found this place relaxing.”
