「We just came back from Hyatt Regency Samui after a 6 nights trip. Honestly, it was a disappointment. We are a family of 4, with 2 under 5s, and we visit at least to one tropical destinations in asia per year. Hyatt Regency Samui does not worth the room rate, with the same amount of money, I can get much better hospitality in Bali or Malaysia. Communication: It feels saff do not fully understand our instructions, the replies on customer service is slow and usually does not solve our problems....

「Eine Top Adresse zum relaxen. Besonders wenn man mal erleben möchte wie es sich anfühlt riesige Fische zu angeln. Das ist ein richtiger Kampf. Das einzige was uns, aber nicht unbedingt negativ aufgefallen ist, ist das Frühstück. Wie waren vorher immer Buffet gewohnt. Dort musste man sich jeden morgen aus 6 verschiedenen Frühstücken eins aussuchen, mit nur einem Kaffe un einem Saft. Es war trotzdem ausreichend und lecker und Modifikationen gingen auch problemlos.」

「Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. The worst is our luggage wasn't...
