“the property seems the cheapes among the others but the facility doesn't provide a common standard of hostels, the window showing the inside part with mirrors like a shop and so no curtain for the entrance part.. the noise is inside the facility cause not being defeated by any sound isolation, the window glass has only 1 layer the hostel asked me 200 Baht because I have used their bed sheet, asked for cleaning the bed sheet..this can be also asked by a hotel named Winrisa Place at the same……

“I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. ”

“I need a short stay here and it is really impressive and very good value comparing with the price. It is so so clean!!! Staff is really friendly. They said check in time is till 10 pm but I can let them know if I will be late. No breakfast no worry. The accommodation is so closed to convenience store 7-11 and lotus, only 5 mins away!!     "唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了"
