“No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room. Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side. This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around. Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed Andaman. Close to airport, villas had access to buggies driving us around which was excellent for the elderly. At the same time, easy to walk around the resort, as well as nearby local places. Our 3 bedrooms villa and pool was clean, and well equipped. Buffet breakfast - very yummy. Unfortunately, on our third night there, the air conditioner broke down. They quickly tried to fix it for us, wasn't able to and provided us with fans. They were kind enough and upgraded us to……

“The villa is really nice and perfect for a family. Location was a bit tricky as many grab drivers couldn’t find it so that made it difficult to get to. Business map pin needs to be updated. Other than that, the villa is in a quiet spot but close to a convenience store and walking distance to a lot of restaurants (if you don’t mind walking in the heat). The villa is very well kept and maintained.”

“Only pro is clean and spacious. Cons include lack of communication, never reply on messages, emails and SMS. Broken main door lock, cannot lock villa. House keeping never provide hand wash, and even no clean towels for every bathroom for a 4 bedroom villa on the last night.”

“Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!”
