Staff was very helpful and nice. Most spoke English and could translate what was asked. The property is very clean and the views are amazing. It’s located close to most activities that I booked and free shuttle to Patong beach, shopping, and restaurants. The staff made my stay amazing. I enjoyed 5days and 4 magnificent nights here!

Beautiful property. Staff were very helpful. On site food options were not tasty and the property could ultimately benefit from updates. I was not fan of the bathroom set up in the room, and I don’t think the cleaning staff were that intentional with actual clean up of room (replacing bath amenities, etc).

I had flying bugs in my room but it was clean for the most part. There is a 90 degree angel drive way that prevented taxis from wanting to give you a ride. The hotel is up the mountain away from everything but they offer shuttles to patong beach which was helpful. It’s not much of a resort in my opinion and I wouldn’t stay there again but it was ok while I was there. Unless you book a villa it’s not worth it. $100 baht to use the microwave lol just go somewhere else. Btw deluxe sea view is regular room with obstructed view behind a villa with stained glass wall. Not like the pictures online at all

Firstly, before booking, please note that the roads leading to the resort are curvy, steep hills. Therefore, walking around to explore is not really feasible. However, the resort does provide a free shuttle to take you to Patong Beach (located at the bottom of the hill). We didn’t stay long enough to thoroughly take advantage of all the property’s amenities, but we did manage to visit the pool. Loved the swim up bar and the views were a bonus (esp during sunset). The rooms were also clean and more spacious than I had anticipated. The bed was huge and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was also available. Every staff we encountered during our stay was pleasant. Although the location was a bit inconvenient, I would definitely stay here again.
