「Poor check-in arrangements. I arrived middle of the night and got to know that there's no reception at all. All you got was a tel no. to get in touch w the condo owner/ agent who posted it for lease on online website like Expedia. I could not get in touch by the phone no. and hence could not check in the first night even though I'd paid for it already. My family ended up sleeping inside the car we rented. 」

「No room service. Have to pay $500b for cleaning when arrived, but no cleaning at all for the following 3 nights. The drainage is bad in bath. Swimming pool is old and damaged. Far from the centre of Pattaya, but calm and comfortable​.」

「寬敞渡假屋，洗浴用品不足不方便。聯絡工作不足，地址不夠詳盡。付款訂房以後，到當地還要另外給加一服務費和清潔費，價格提高不少，性價比降低。」
