All you got was a tel no. to get in touch w the condo owner/ agent who posted it for lease on online website like Expedia. I could not get in touch by the phone no. and hence could not check in the first night even though I'd paid for it already. My family ended up sleeping inside the car we rented. ”

“No room service. Have to pay $500b for cleaning when arrived, but no cleaning at all for the following 3 nights. The drainage is bad in bath. Swimming pool is old and damaged. Far from the centre of Pattaya, but calm and comfortable​.”
