We had a swim-up king suite with ocean front that was fantastic. Probably the best type of room at the resort. The beach was beautiful and the pools and grounds impeccably maintained. David our butler went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable from turning off a motion sensor light in the bathroom ...

You are greeted at the premises with a glass of champagne! You are waited on hand and foot, even when you are laying out by your room. We will definitely be returning!! The food, the service was excellent and our tours were just as we expected!! Fabulous!!!

Room was clean, the staff amazing… the layout was nice and relaxed, perfect for those needing wheelchair accessibility. The food and spa are about a 6/10 each. The beach is wildly dangerous with strong waves even on a nice day. Lots of pros and cons. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere.

The staff was amazing and super attentive. I would have given a 5 if the hotel didn’t smell like sewage in certain areas. It seemed like they tried to compensate for the smell by spraying perfume everywhere. My wife was covering her nose most the day. To be clear, you come to the tropics to be outside ...
