Absolutely amazing all inclusive! Staff were so friendly, attentive and professional! Food was mostly always great and nightly entertainment was awesome! We met good people and had such a great time that we extended our stay two more nights! Will be back.

29M, traveling with 25F. Great experience and lovely resort. Out of the 5 resorts we’ve been to Mexico, this had the best food overall!!! The resort is large enough to feel like you have your own space even if it’s sold out. Our room had a hot tub in it that overlooked the balcony and ocean—amazing! I’d definitely come here again. 5 nights minimum is perfect here.

We had a wonderful stay at Excellence Playa Mujeres. Everything was beautifully maintained, the service was consistently attentive, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale and relaxing. The staff truly made the experience special, always friendly and professional. The food quality and variety were great, and the resort never felt crowded. While no place is absolutely perfect, this resort came very close, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway.

The staff is amazing!! Our rooms were always cleaned and turned down at night. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and each evening our room was decorated. Amenities were abundant and we truly were in paradise!
