Ocean view room was incredible, very relaxing laid back vibes. Cafeteria was on the smaller side, had to wait about 10-15mins to be seated. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and the steakhouse and it was pretty decent. What stood out to me the most was how kind, friendly, and welcoming all staff was. We had a very weird thing happen, my husband and I were napping in the room around 4pm and something woke us up… there was a room service person in the room!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes! She put the champagne down (we didn’t order it) and just walked out. So so strange!

The staff are amazing! The room was gorgeous! Unfortunately we agreed to talk to a salesman. Huge mistake. They ask for 90 mins which was actually 3 hours. They say you can say no if not interested. That’s not accurate. When you say no, they go from being nice and friendly to pushy and pressuring. They bring in another “boss” but it’s another person to pressure you. They brought in a third person pushing for a sale further. They turned aggressive, rude and disrespectful. We were very disappointed and surprised as we’ve stayed here multiple times and the treatment by Israel and Linaya was so disrespectful and out of character of what we’ve experienced at caribe previously. We will not be back.

Clean, beautiful, only adults hotel; old but well-maintained. Small, but if you need more amenities, you can use the sibling hotel next door. Be ready for craziness with kids and family all over the place.

Exceeded my expectations. Highlights were access to both resorts, staff were great always there when you need them, food was much better than expected even at the buffets, and the speakeasy bar! Would definitely stay again.

Overall the hotel was average. The buffet food was horrible! Like everyday we were there the buffet had limited options-we ate lots of salads. The beach did not have an attendant so you would have to go to the pool bar and get a drink and walk back to the beach. There were only about 6 umbrellas at the beach so you would need to get there early if you didn’t want to lay in the hot sun all day.

Noisy airco in the room, noisy room in general (I could hear all cars roaming around the avenue during the night, making a bad quality sleep). Drinks were not the best quality, and not very consistent from one bar to another. Royal buffet food was not the best. The room was clean, staff were nice and attentive, although not very consistent. Tour agency sold us a jungle tour saying we would go to the reef and the underwater museum, however we only snorkled on the reef, there was no underwater museum as part of the tour. Transfer from/to the airport worked well and on time.

La parte de adulto solo muy lindo pero tiene varias cosas que me gustarían que supieran, para comenzar no tiene mucho personal de trabajo cómo en el Front desk y camareros, sin contar que me fui a la piscina a las 9 am y me acerco a pedir un trago de alcohol y me dicen en la barra que solo pueden dar agua y refresco hasta las 11 am cosa que veo súper mal ya que si uno está pagando por un hotel todo incluido y lo que quiere es beber y no tener limitaciones…. Si lo que quieres es beber y fiestar es el hotel incorrecto….

It’s supposed to be an adults-only hotel. While you do have your own side, you still have to share amenities with their other property, which is family-friendly. At times, it didn’t feel like an adults-only experience.
