Not a single time they did not pass a smile or help us in any way possible I would really love if there were more nightly entertainment and or fire shows for kids like other resorts do. "We did not sit by the pool. The buildings and lay out were somewhat odd and oversized. The room was great. We went north a ways to enjoy the beach, as there was too much weed on the beach and in the water to enjoy the beach by the resort. The other Westin location where we had the presentation was much nicer. Our concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable."

"Very clean, workers worked very hard. Beds uncomfortable and the elevators were not adequate. Food was great in the specialty restaurants, was disappointed there wasnt a Mexican restaurant as we were in Mexico. The buffet was fair, could find something you liked. Did not like the reps pushing for you to go off site to the Coco Bongo show. It was expensive and misrepresented- definitely for a younger crowd. The entertainment was fair, if you wanted to go to the infamous Riu parties, you had to take a.shuttlento another Riu. Overall, great vacation. Food, drinks, pools. Enjoyed our time. "
