“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“This is a pretty hotel. Very large. The beaches are wonderful, especially for children. The room was a good size. The Club room was nice to have. The staff if very friendly and attentive. Probably the best staff of any All Inclusive that I have been to. I really only have a few concerns. Check in took a long time. Only two people checking in people. The pool is a good size but few chairs. My biggest complaint is the food. I understand that All Inclusive food is never great. So my expectations……
