「Property was well maintained and updated staff was ok pleasant we did go on a very rainy season the place smelled horrible because of the seaweed not a lot to do in the resort for younger couples food in the kitchen Buffett was ok nothing out of the world.」

No regresaría」

「The rooms were well maintained. Cleaning staff was on point daily! The wait staff and entertainment crew were 5 stars, fabulous!! The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. My only big complaint is the pool access. There was no easy way into and out of the pool for someone who is disabled(like I am).」

「Overall, the service was good, but the hotel safe couldn't be opened on the last two days. I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and showed no remorse.」
