This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood.

Our room was moldy and the roof started leaking and flooding our room. They moved us to a new room that wasn’t moldy and smelt fine very fast and were nice. Seems like luck of the draw for rooms but if they are fully booked you may not be able to move rooms right away. Everything else was great. Food could use a little more love but still edible

Rooms - very clean, well maintained, no issues with broken things or rusted out showers etc. Staff - polite and quiet, when you need help they are all willing to assist. Front desk assistance will ways try and sell you on "extra" stuff thag you do NOT need and you need to be firm when saying no youre not interested. Pool/Beach - clean, safe, lots of seating (get out early for a chair though because they go quickly). Beach is the reason we come, zero sargasum seaweed because of the net across the enterance on the man made inlet of water. A lot of fish swimming around which is awsome for kids and adults to see, crabs, turtles as well. Lots of trees for shade also. Food - Average, nothing fancy, buffets could be a bit better in food selelction but zero issues Overall a great resort, especially for families on a budget, would recommend to anyone!

Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was lovely. The food and the buffet was good although it got a little tiring after five days. My only complaint or concern is that there are not enough lounge chairs around the pools so you have people come early in the morning and put their towels down and then leave to do whatever they’re gonna do just to basically save the chair for later.. The other thing is that there’s a pool I think is pretty much the party pool and oh my God they never stop playing techno and rap music. I understand that they’re trying to create a fun environment, but when you look around at all the people some of them boomers and the rest families with the young children, it doesn’t make any sense to always have music for teens and 20s.

un peu excentré l’hôtel est agréable plein d’animaux et a pied de xcaret nous regretons cependant que l'hotel n'est pas un partenariat avec xcaret pour profitez du parc il faut payer l'entrée standart, les piscines sont jolies la plage fait un peu artificielle n'oubliez pas de réserver les restaurant des votre arrivée pour ne pas manger tout le temps au buffet qui a du choix et est assez bon dans l'ensemble une semaine agréable

Monkeys were so fun to watch. Good snorkeling on site when the weather cooperates. Beach restaurant so nice at breakfast. Staff are great other than check in.

Hotel was beautiful, spread out, tons of animals walking around which were always fun to spot. Pools were nice and large, kinda wish there was more for kids - slides for instance. Food was alright. Main buffet I would end up with cold food frequently but otherwise it was fine. I liked that they rotated theme nights to keep it fresh and different. We ate at the Mexican, Steakhouse and Italian restaurants and all were good Beach buffet and pool buffet were both good, airy, nice atmosphere and I preferred the food. Room was big, bathroom was large. It was damp from the humidity - sheets were damp and my clothes were usually a little damp. Bathing suits took days to dry so bring multiple. We did have difficulty with hot water but they came to fix it. We stayed in building 22 and it had a nice lounge in the middle. Cleaning staff did a great job Beach was a cove which is great for kids and it keeps the seaweed at a minimum. They were cleaning what did make it through every morning. Lobby is beautiful, drinks were plentiful and delicious. Had a great week, would return

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Food options were very limited for people adhering to gluten free and dairy free diets. Even having scrambled eggs was difficult because it's mixed with cheese. If you wanted plain eggs, you had to wait in the omelette line, which took a while. Also, options like plain rice were not offered. First time that I've lost weight at an all-inclusive resort. Also, the chair in the room was very uncomfortable and we could not enjoy the balcony because it faced west and the sun was too bright in that direction in the afternoon. Also, monkeys run along all the balconies and one even snuck into our room before we shooed it out. Also, the seating in the resort lobby and bars were very uncomfortable and outdated.
