「Beautiful resort. My only complaint is that food is over priced. Small portions for what you are paying for. Room service was excellent always had our room clean. Jungala lobby representatives were awesome they help us since day one. We stayed 6 nights.」

「We have a lovely stay at the Reef Coco Beach. I definately recommend their shuttle service. We took the snorkel tour from the beach. The vis was not as good as I hoped that day, but it was well worth it to get to the reef. The people, servers, hotel, food, rooms, pools, private beach ! .. , shopping within walking distance, all fantastic. The only thing I did not like: people reserving their lounges at the pool when they were not there ! I feel that if you leave the pool, take your towel...

「We stayed for 9 nights and there was not a day without some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. The staff is very very polite and friendly, but they lack professionalism and training. Some servers in the restaurants don’t speak very good English, so that can be an area of improvement. The overall impression is that the whole operation is out of tune. Strong management and review of all aspects of operations is recommended. Alila is not on par with the rest of the Mayakoba hotels.」
