I had an great stay with my family. Lots of stuff to do for kids, good entertainment, waterpark, kids club. Every day we were able to explore a new restaurant. The hotel is huge, we were lucky to have our villa close to the hotel, otherwise you have to walk long distance or take a ride on the golf carts.

Everything was on point really enjoyed time with family , I recommend they have more activities in the PM, but all in all very pleasant food was good drinks as well .

I absolutely loved the service and staff here. We upgraded to Privilege status and it was well worth it. What’s nice about this property is it’s smaller and more intimate. You could get around easily and felt very safe. The food was better than other all-inclusive resorts we have been to. And the location is great for a lot of the popular tourist areas like XPlor and XCaret. We really loved our stay.

The staff, food, and pools were great. It was very warm in the restaurants and the AC could use an upgrade. Overall, a very good experience.
