Everything was wonderful, the room was excellent with a private pool. The staff were super friendly. The poolside bar had great service, especially Angel. What surprised me most was the food at the main buffet, it was amazing. Everything was beautiful.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. It was for our honeymoon and everyone was very helpful and attentive and even gave us some little perks for the celebration. The restaurants were all very good. My only complaint is that most of the restaurants aren’t open for lunch, so it limits the options for breakfast/lunch. Other than that, we had no complaints or issues at all whatsoever. Recommend this highly.

The entire place was kept spotless and our room was great. Our concierge, Ariz, made our vacation perfect as she checked on us daily, made all of our dinner reservations, coordinated our trips, and thought of everything to make the stay stress free.

Book privilege it was the best experience. Staff was so nice Alan was the butler assigned to us he was so sweet. The food was good I cant really say I have any complaints there. The whole fried fish and the Mahi Mahi amazing. Its not a party resort though just good for relaxation and the drinks are amazing

Very nice property, very clean, almost new, great ambiance, full of activities for kids and adults pretty much all day long. The service staff is very well mannered and helpful, always willing to ensure you are having a good time. I would recommend this resort and most likely will be heading there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and our concierge, Adrian, was the best. He took care of all our reservations and made everything so easy for us. He was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely recommend upgrading to the Privilege package—it’s absolutely worth it!
