「Nos gustó el área de las piscinas y el waterpark. No nos gustó las comidas; los restaurantes que eran por reservación el día que llegamos al verificar ya no había espacio por dos días. Y los únicos disponibles para el tercer día no había disponibilidad para las 7 personas que viajamos juntas solo 4 pudieron ir a uno de los restaurantes. En un restaurante la calidad de la comida mala y las porciones. En servicio muy pocos eran completamente amables.」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Bars close at 11pm-11am. Buffett is same thing everyday, will cook something different if you ask. Elevator was broken, definitely a work out of stairs for 5 days on the third floor! Employees are very helpful, cleanliness!!」
