The staff were friendly and quickly helped with concerns I had regarding access to volleyball for pool and dinner reservations. It would have been even better if there was pool equipment at the family pool towel hut - volleyball, Frisbee, floating rings. The family area is quite far from the beach ...

Hotel Riu Yucatan - All Inclusive
The location and beach was amazing. The rooms were clean and nice but simple. The food was a B to B+, definitely have had better food elsewhere. The whole experience was still absolutely worth it as the beach and pool setup are the best I've seen in the area.
