「This hotel is absolutely beautiful and in an ideal location. Everything is within walking distance and the staff go above and beyond to make your trip memorable. 1000 times would stay again. <3」

「The hotel has a classic appearance, and considering how near it is to 5th Avenue it was remarkably quiet (not silent, but not loud either). Room was clean and comfortable, the staff very kind. Cool oceanic water feature in the courtyard, and a nice small pool (we didn't have time to enjoy it ourselves). Close to lots of dining options, and s half block from 5th Ave. If we were going to spend more time in Playa del Carmen, we would definitely choose this hotel. 」

「The property is conveniently situated close to the beach, shops and main streets. The hotel is clean, a little outdated with some furniture but it has been kept nicely. The staff is very nice and we really appreciated the underground gated parking since we got a car rental. The area is closely monitored by local enforcement and my family never felt unsafe. There is construction going on across the street but it wasn’t noisy. Overall, it was a great stay at a very pleasant price! 」

「Wir haben zwei Wochen im The Reef Resort in Playa del Carmen verbracht und insgesamt eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und abwechslungsreich – ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht, denn wir haben immer etwas Gutes gefunden.
